Gananoque features many dining options at a range of prices. The portions are usually generous and the pace is relaxed. This lively pub is located across the street from Manse Lane and is part of Stephie's B&B. They offer traditional pub fare and as well as Canadian food. The Irish stew and burgers are great and an impressive selection of beers is on tap. On Thursday nights Paddy's hosts open mic night and the local musical talent makes for lively entertainment. Proprietor Jeff is a very welcoming host.

Located across the street from the town hall, this restaurant is a meat ‘n' potatoes kind of place, although they offer a range of entrées. It's a good place for families and the seniors' menu with smaller portions is worth noting. Large portions, friendly service.

If you arrive in town after 9 p.m. and you are looking to eat, head to the casino at the East end of town. The restaurant is open 24 hrs, the service is good, and the food is plentiful and tends to the chicken and ribs school of dining. Sorry, children not permitted.
